Meet The Team
- Sarah HomolaGeneral Manager
Sarah Homola has worked as the CFO at Atlas Mechanical since 2005. She is accountable for all of our financial operations of the company. Her duties consist of budget management, forecasting needs, securing funding, financial planning, and record-keeping. Sarah also participates in key decisions for the future of the company.
- Matt BrightPlumbing Operations Manager
Matt Bright began his relationship with Atlas Mechanical in 2010, as a lead foreman. He has worn many hats during his tenure with Atlas. Matt is a journeyman plumber, and his time in the field allows communication between general contractors and Atlas employees to be seamless. Matt also heads up all of our design-build efforts.
- Jarrett HalmeSenior Estimator
Jarrett started with Atlas Mechanical in September of 2018. In 2020 he transitioned into the office and has been assisting the Project Managers on the projects as a Project Engineer until he was promoted to Estimator in 2021. Jarrett is always looking to improve systems. His problem-solving abilities and ability to streamline processes make him a great fit for the team and culture.
- Darrin StewartHVAC Operations Manager
Darrin Stewart started plumbing in 2003. He has been a journeyman plumber since 2007 and his journeyman boilers license since 2018. Since 2007 he has acted as a supervisor for six years and an estimator for one year before he was hired on as a Project Manager at Atlas Mechanical in October of 2015. Darrin worked as a project manager for six years. In August of 2021, Darrin moved into the operations manager role to grow our mechanical division.
- Andrew GaylorPlumbing Project Manager
Andrew is a dual card journeyman and has worked at Atlas Mechanical since 2012. He has experience in the field as a foreman running some of the company’s largest multi-family projects in Portland and Vancouver. In early 2021 he transitioned to the office to take on a new challenge as Project Manager. His experience in the field, great leadership skills, and relationships with key builders make him a perfect fit in his new position.
- Benji BrodersonPrefab & BIM Manager
Benji started in the office in October 2020 and was added to Atlas Mechanicals growing BIM team.
Benji holds a journeyman plumbers’ card and his vast knowledge of plumbing systems and overseeing projects in the field ensure that the prefabrication process to field run smoothly.
- Ryan WirtanenBuilding Information Modeling
Ryan works in the BIM department at Atlas Mechanical and works to create virtual plumbing systems for clash coordination and prefabrication
- Brittany HardsOffice Manager
Brittany is the perfect fit for Atlas Mechanical as the Office Manager. She has a Bachelors Degree from Washington State University in Human Resource Management and minors in Psychology and Business Administration. Brittany is also a Certified Professional in Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP). She handles a number of areas and tasks simultaneously and her 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and 4+ years in construction make her an excellent fit for the team.
- Isaac JohnsonProject Manager
Isaac worked as an installer on many of our projects before coming into the office as a Project Engineer. Since then, his head on approach to problem solving and quick learning ability has led him to the Project Manager position. Isaac’s uplifting camaraderie and competitive nature fit well with Atlas’s culture and are an asset to the company.
- Alan HoodenpylEstimator
Alan comes from a specialized industrial piping background, with experience up and down the entire West Coast. He has worked in many different roles including estimation, project management, and field supervision. His skills as both a big picture planner and a methodical problem solver make him an excellent fit for the estimation team.
- David WirtanenBuilding Information Modeling
David has experience in the construction industry, both in Alaska and Washington. David’s ability to visualize both micro and macro aspects of a project as well as his method of tactful information gathering before action lead to quality and reliable solutions. His ability to adapt to roles and personalities makes him an excellent fit on our team.

The success of our company depends on a team effort. Our relationship may start in the office, but the relationship between our employees and the general contractor in the field cements our working relationship. Attention to detail and working as a team allows us to be successful on current and future projects. Field employees are the backbone of the company. Their hard work and skilled craftsmanship helped shape Atlas Plumbing into the successful subcontractor it is today.
